The installation directory (subfolder) is either based relativly from the current page where Repository Stack 2 is installed on (like Repository Stack 1) or from root of the domain (like https://mydomain.com/subfolder).

It is possible to select a subfolder from the starting point setting.

The Repository Stack will not allow you to navigate further up the directory tree from where it is installed.
